THE ANAHEIM KINDNESS PROJECT

 

Kindness is not just a movement, but a lifestyle! Whether it's volunteering your time, mentoring youth, or simply saying something kindhearted, kindness is a simple gesture that can profoundly change an individual, a family, a neighborhood, a school, a city, a nation, and ultimately, our world. In 2010, the City of Anaheim brought a culture of kindness to light where members of the community came together to transform Anaheim into The City of Kindness. Anaheim Union High School students took the city's kindness initiative to heart, and worked with Modern Gourmet Foods in Irvine, California to create The Anaheim Kindness Project. When you purchase Kindness Cookies or a pair of Kindness Bracelets, not only do you help spread the message of kindness, but 100% of the proceeds go toward supporting campus organizations, summer jobs, and internships for students.
